Leah Champion

Leah Champion has a diverse range of work experience. Leah started their career in 2000, working as a Front of House at Publicis Mojo. From there, they moved on to Pentagon Production as a Jnr Production Manager and then joined Propellor - Advertising Services as an Account Manager. In 2007, Leah became a Creative Services Manager at The Leith Agency. Leah then worked at George Patterson Y&R as a Senior Account Manager before being promoted to Account Director. Following that, Leah joined Cummins&Partners as a Senior Account Director and later became the Talent Director. Currently, Leah is working at Luminary, initially as a People and Culture Lead and now as the People & Culture Director.
