Hoang Vinh

Hoang Vinh has extensive work experience, beginning in 1989 as a Mechanical Engineer at Mare Island Naval Shipyard. Hoang then worked as a Research Scientist at High Technology Corporation from 1994 to 1996. Hoang then moved to ACD LLC where they worked as an Analytical Engineer - CFD Specialist from 1996 to 2000. From 2000 to 2021, Hoang Vinh worked at ANSYS, Inc., where they held the roles of Senior Channel Technical Manager - Americas, Application Engineering Manager, and Lead Application Engineer. Currently, Hoang Vinh is the Director of Application Engineering at Luminary Cloud.

Hoang Vinh received a Ph.D. in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering from the University of California, Davis between 1984 and 1994.
