Andrew Hayek

Andrew Hayek has extensive experience in healthcare and non-profit organizations. Andrew is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Triple Aim Partners since 2019, where they launch healthcare companies in partnership with entrepreneurs. Andrew is also the Co-Founder and Board Director of ArchWell Health, firsthand, Synapse Health, Oasis Health, Luminary Hospice, and Diverge Health. Additionally, they are the Co-Founder and Chairman of One World Surgery and Prospero Health. Prior to their work in healthcare, they were a Henry Crown Fellow at The Aspen Institute.

Andrew Hayek attended Yale University from 1992 to 1996 where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with summa cum laude honors. The field of study for their degree is unknown.
