Bernadette Dossett is a Senior Open Innovation Associate at Luminary Labs, with previous experience as an Open Innovation Associate. Bernadette served as a Venture Capital Analyst at QBIT Capital, where responsibilities included sourcing investment opportunities and conducting due diligence for deep tech startups. Prior to that, Bernadette worked as an Innovation Consultant at WhatAVenture, facilitating workshops and coaching early-stage startups on business development strategies. Additional experience includes a role as a Junior Researcher at TQS Research & Consulting, and an internship in Business Psychology and Sports Psychology at help2perform.
