Kyle produced marketing campaigns & collateral across all channels, including a complete rebrand of the entire company in 3 months. Kyle also designed & implemented a scalable production pipeline with built-in reporting systems. In addition, Kyle partnered with the Head of Marketing & Recruiting to grow the team 4x in 18 months. Prior to joining Compass, Kyle served as Production Manager & Associate Producer at Pixar Animation Studios from August 2003 to June 2013.

Kyle Ranson-Walsh studied anthropology and architecture as an undergraduate at the University of Virginia. Kyle then went on to earn their MBA in design strategy from the California College of the Arts.
