David Soukup

David Soukup has an extensive work experience in the finance industry. David is currently working as the VP - Finance, FP&A at Luminate Bank since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President Finance at TruStone Financial Credit Union from 2021 to 2023, where they were responsible for balance sheet management and strategic forecasting. From 2010 to 2020, they worked as the Vice President Finance, Treasurer at MidCountry Bank, where they managed treasury functions and served on various committees. David also served as the Director of Finance at UnitedHealth Group from 2007 to 2010, overseeing financial reporting and accounting. Before that, they were the Vice President of Finance at Universal Savings Bank from 2004 to 2007, involved in the formulation of a subsidiary credit card company. David started their career at Metris Companies as a Senior Manager of Finance from 1997 to 2004, leading financial analysis efforts for marketing initiatives.

David Soukup's education history begins with their high school diploma, which they obtained from Duluth Marshall between 1985 and 1990. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Math and Computer Science at Saint John's University from 1990 to 1994. Following their undergraduate studies, David attended the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University from 1995 to 1996, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance.
