Courtney currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Luminate Home Loans, Inc., where they specialize in transforming organizational culture, driving talent acquisition, and fostering employee development. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President - Talent & Organizational Solutions at Marketing Architects, where they managed the employee lifecycle and focused on creating a leading-edge Work From Anywhere experience. Courtney also has experience in human resources at Marketing Architects and served as the Director of Corporate Development at ZOOMWORKS™ LLC. Courtney began their career as a Senior Sales Associate at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
