Jason Booker

Jason Booker, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Global Tax at Luminator Technology Group since July 2024. With extensive experience in tax management, Jason has held significant roles including Tax Director at AZZ Incorporated and Global Tax Provision Senior Manager at NTT DATA. Jason's expertise encompasses preparation and review of various tax provisions and compliance forms for multinational and privately held companies, alongside a strong focus on real estate compliance. Notable leadership experience includes supervising teams and building strong client relationships. Jason’s earlier career includes positions at Deloitte Tax LLP and BDO USA, LLP, where foundational accounting skills were developed. Jason earned a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University.
