Allison Haglage

Allison Haglage, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in human resources and employee experience. Allison is currently the Director of Human Resources at Luminaut since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a People Experience Manager at Cerkl from July 2021 to May 2022. From 2018 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Hyperquake, including Employee Experience-HR, Employee Experience and Office Manager, and Agency Vibe and Administrative Assistant. Before that, they worked as a Fundraising Event and Tournament Coordinator at SOUTH CAROLINA JUNIOR GOLF ASSN from 2009 to 2011. Allison has a strong background in managing all aspects of HR, employee relations, onboarding and training, benefit administration, and vendor relations. Allison also has experience in implementing policies and procedures to support growth and change within organizations.

Allison Haglage, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Northern Kentucky University, which they attended from 1998 to 2003. Allison also holds a certification as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management.
