Rolandas Navasaitis

Rolandas Navasaitis has work experience in various engineering roles. In 2003, they worked as a Design Engineer at Rimtec Corporation until 2005. In 2006, they joined Focal Point, LLC as a Design Engineer until 2011, after which they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they served as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Focal Point, LLC. Since 2020, they have been working as a Senior Production Engineer at Luminii.

Rolandas Navasaitis holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas. Rolandas also obtained a Certificate of Manufacturing Technology Computer-Aided Design from College of DuPage. In addition to their formal education, Rolandas has acquired several certifications including Lean 101 from IMEC Illinois in October 2019, How to Communicate with Diplomacy, Tact and Credibility from the American Management Association in April 2018, and The Certificate For Advanced Weldments at the level of Professional from Dassault Systèmes in January 2018. Rolandas has also completed training in Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2008 from IMEC Illinois in March 2016, Introduction to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) - 14.5 from ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers) in March 2016, SolidWorks Mechanical Design - Associate from Dassault Systèmes in September 2015, Lean Overview from Marine Valley Community College in March 2012, and Direct Digital Manufacturing: Fixturing from the Direct Digital Manufacturing Workshop in August 2011.
