Justin McLeod

Justin McLeod is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in public relations and media strategy. Currently serving as a Media Relations Strategist at Luminis Health since January 2021, McLeod has developed and executed impactful media strategies, managing national and international media coverage across major news outlets. Prior to this role, McLeod was the Director of Public Relations at Roanoke City Public Schools, where strategic communication efforts during the pandemic engaged parents and staff, achieving significant social media growth and community outreach. McLeod began a career in journalism as a reporter and bureau chief at WDBJ7 and KRCG-TV, honing skills in story generation and multimedia reporting. McLeod holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Emerson College.
