Hemant Bhuwania is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer at LUMINO INDUSTRIES LIMITED since April 2025, Hemant previously held multiple key positions at Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited from March 2011 to March 2025, including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Corporate Finance, Senior General Manager of Finance, General Manager of Finance, and Assistant General Manager of Finance. Prior to that, Hemant worked at PwC India from November 2006 to February 2011, advancing from Trainee to Assistant Manager. Hemant is a Chartered Accountant, having earned a degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and completed intermediate education in Dhanbad.
