Ruta Myle

Ruta Myle has an extensive career in leadership roles within the banking and digital sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Consumer Lending Growth Unit at Luminor Group since February 2025, Ruta has previously held notable positions including Head of Digital Banking Unit and Baltic Digital Sales Manager at SEB Lietuvoje. Ruta also led the Consumer Lending Growth Unit at Luminor Group from July 2022 to February 2023, and served in various roles at IPF Digital, including Country Manager. Additional experience includes managing international trade and e-commerce at JULIA JANUS, working as an independent business consultant, and overseeing branches and marketing efforts at UAB "IMP Baltic" and International Masters Publishers. Ruta Myle holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from VILNIUS TECH, where education was completed between 1995 and 2001.
