Sandra Belēviča is currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience Developers Baltic Team at Luminor, where they focus on enhancing customer-centricity and driving quality initiatives. With a strong background in CX strategy, they lead teams to exceed customer expectations and implement effective training systems. Previously, Sandra held various roles in office administration and management at SEB banka Latvia, Nordea, and Luminor Latvija from 2005 to 2019. Sandra earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Latvia and is currently pursuing additional marketing courses at the Stockholm School of Economics.
