Norman Praught

Norman Praught has a diverse range of work experience in the entertainment and technology industries. Norman is the CEO and Founder of Luminous Blue Limited. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at Massasoit Advisory, specializing in planning, analysis, and research for entertainment and technology companies.

Norman also served as the Senior Director of Content FP&A at Twitch and as the Senior Director of Finance and Operations at Audible, Inc. During their time at Audible, they played a key role in developing the company's global Audible Originals initiative and establishing valuation methods for their products.
