Ayushi Shukla

Ayushi Shukla has been with Luminous Power Technologies (P) Ltd since January 2020, progressing through various roles in the Human Resources department, including Assistant Manager and Senior Executive positions, with a focus on business partnering, learning and development, engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to this, Ayushi completed a summer internship at Music Broadcast Private Limited (Radio City 91.1 FM) in 2019, where responsibilities included building an employee database and supporting recruitment efforts. Ayushi holds a PGDM in Human Resources and Marketing from Jaipuria Institute of Management, graduating in 2020.
