Ganesh has also held various engineering and leadership roles in companies like RENON INDIA PVT. LTD., Ather Energy, ION Energy, Cisco, and Schneider Electric. Ganesh holds a Battery MBA and has completed the Emerging Leaders Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
