Pamela Forster has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Pamela is currently the Chief of Staff at LumiQ since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Content and Operations at LumiQ from March 2019 to January 2022. Before joining LumiQ, Pamela worked as the Vice President of Operations at Luminari from October 2018 to March 2019. Pamela also held the position of Senior Manager of Content and Creative Production at Shutterstock Custom (formerly Flashstock) from November 2017 to November 2018.

Earlier in their career, Pamela worked at Flashstock in multiple roles, including Manager of Content Delivery from January 2017 to October 2017, Senior Content Coordinator and Project Delivery Manager from September 2016 to October 2017, Senior Content Coordinator from June 2016 to January 2017, Client Success Manager from August 2015 to August 2016, and Content Coordinator from August 2015 to an unspecified end date in 2016.

Prior to their time at Flashstock, Pamela served as an Operations Manager at SEPHORA from September 2014 to August 2015. Pamela also worked as a Communications Manager at Photographers Without Borders from October 2012 to August 2013. Additionally, Pamela worked as a Creative Associate at BMO from March 2010 to October 2010.

Pamela Forster completed their Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Book and Media Studies from the University of Toronto - Victoria University from 2010 to 2013. Pamela further pursued a certificate in Data Analytics from BrainStation in the year 2020. Additionally, they studied Art History, Criticism, and Conservation at Concordia University from 2009 to 2010. Pamela has also obtained a certification in Facebook Marketing from Facebook.
