George Neble

Mr. Neble has served as a member of the board of directors at EverQuote, Inc (Nasdaq-EVER) since May 2018, RGSE (OTC) since June 2019 and as a business advisor since July 2017 working with high growth and emerging technology companies. He brings more than 40 years of accounting and auditing experience working with public and private companies . From 2012 to 2017, he served as the Northeast Market Leader and Managing Partner of the Boston Office of Ernst & Young LLP. Prior to that, Mr. Neble was a senior assurance partner at Ernst & Young from 2002 to 2012. Mr. Neble is a certified public accountant with extensive experience in accounting, SEC and financial reporting matters. His industry experience includes all areas of technology, including medical products and software companies, along with consumer products, retail, manufacturing, service and distribution. Earlier in his career he was an Assurance Partner at Arthur Andersen serving emerging and growth-oriented companies in all commercial sectors in the New England market from 1978 to 2002. While in these roles, he helped a wide variety of companies in different industries. He holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Boston College.
