Gillian Muir

Gillian Muir is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of People and Culture and HR Business Partner at LumiraDx since October 2020, Gillian previously held the position of Senior People Business Partner at Insights, where collaboration with C-Suite executives supported multiple departments. Prior to Insights, Gillian worked for Edinburgh Napier University as an HR Business Partner, coaching senior leadership to align people strategies with organizational goals. Additional roles include HR Manager at TNT, overseeing HR and payroll for a large workforce, and progressing from Learning and Development Coordinator to HR Business Partner at Bristol-Myers Squibb, managing diverse HR functions.
