Ken Reilly has extensive experience in marketing and brand building within the consumer goods and services industry. Ken started their career as an International Marketing Manager at E&J Gallo Winery in 1995. Ken then worked as a Sr. Category Manager at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where they optimized brand visibility tactics and trade marketing spend for various consumer brands. In 2001, they joined Diageo North America as a Director of Customer Marketing, overseeing customer marketing strategies. From 2008 to 2010, they served as a Team Leader of Trade Marketing at Heineken USA. Ken then moved on to William Grant & Sons, where they were the Group Marketing Director responsible for the strategic direction and annual brand planning of Sailor Jerry Rum and Tullamore DEW Irish Whiskey. In 2017, they joined Pernod Ricard as the Marketing Director for Powers Whiskey. Most recently, they worked at Lumity as the Director (interim) for Lumity Life, Inc., a luxury health and beauty company. Throughout their career, Ken Reilly has successfully delivered long-term commercial and equity targets for premium consumer goods and services.

Ken Reilly obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Marketing from Trinity College Dublin. Ken also completed an M.A. degree at Trinity College Dublin, although the field of study was not specified. Ken furthered their education at the Dublin Institute of Technology's College of Marketing & Design, where they pursued a degree in Marketing. In 2012, they attended The Wharton School, but no degree or field of study was provided for that period.
