Adam Jarvis

Adam Jarvis is an accomplished professional in customer support management, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Support at Lumivero since April 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Customer Support at Vertafore from May 2017 to April 2022, where Adam managed high-performing teams and addressed complex customer issues, earning recognition in the form of the Denver nomination for Customer Success is our Success in both 2017 and 2018. Adam's background also encompasses positions at DIRECTV, including Commercial Retention Manager, where strategies were developed to improve customer care in the commercial sector, and at The Glacier Club, where Adam managed a large staff and oversaw food and beverage operations. Educationally, Adam holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Fort Lewis College.
