Devi Fitri Hardyanti

Devi Fitri Hardyanti has worked in various roles in the Human Resources and People Operations fields since 2015. Devi began their career as a Credit Management Officer at Citi in 2015. In 2016, they became a Payroll Specialist at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang (KPSG) and in 2017 they moved to Mega Insurance as a Payroll & Reporting Officer. In 2019, they joined Cintamobil.com as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Compensation Benefits Specialist. In 2021, they moved to PasarPolis Indonesia as a Human Resources Operations and in 2022 they joined Lummo as a Senior People Operations.

Devi Fitri Hardyanti completed their Master's degree in Business Management from Universitas Trilogi (d/h STEKPI) in 2016. Devi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Trilogi (d/h STEKPI) from 2011 to 2015. Devi studied IPA at SMAN 62 Jakarta from 2008 to 2011 and attended SMPN 49 Jakarta from 2005 to 2008. Devi holds a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia (obtained in March 2021), Excel for Accounting and Auditor from Microsoft (obtained in January 2015), ZAHIR Accounting from PT Zahir Internasional (obtained in June 2013), MYOB Accounting - Intermediate Level from MYOB (obtained in February 2013), and MYOB Accounting - Basic Level from MYOB (obtained in December 2012).
