Denise Branagan

Denise Branagan is a seasoned professional in the catalyst sector with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director of Catalyst at Lummus Technology since September 2023, Denise previously spent 17 years at Clariant in various leadership roles, including Head of Sales for Dehydrogenation and Global Market Segment Head for Hydrogenation and Custom Catalysts. Responsibilities included leading global teams, setting financial and innovation targets, overseeing R&D resource allocation, and analyzing market trends. Prior to Clariant, Denise held the position of Senior Engineer at ExxonMobil, focusing on olefins manufacturing processes. Denise began her career as an Engineering Co-op at Eastman Chemical Company. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech, awarded in 2000.
