Anna Conathan is the Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of LUMO, an organization launched in March 2020 that focuses on creating a cohesive relationship between work and parenthood for both employers and parents. Prior to this role, Anna spent over two decades in the entertainment industry as a freelance screenwriter, where story development and pitches for feature films and television were significant responsibilities. Additionally, Anna has experience as an actress, voice-over artist, and stand-up comedian, achieving success in the commercial market and studying improvisational comedy. Anna also contributed to Capital Community News by writing humorous parenting columns and was a part of the storytelling project "Mortified DC." Other notable roles included a staff writer position at Walt Disney Animation Studios. Educational credentials include a BFA in Performing Arts from Emerson College and ongoing study at the National Theater Institute.
