Elena Arecco Bridgmon, MBA, PCC is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) & Co-Founder of LUMO, a company that focuses on providing support for working parents and their employers by offering unique programs like Parental Leave Advantage and Executive Coaching. She also works as an Executive Coach & Leadership Consultant at Bravanti, and as Chief Possibility Officer & Executive Coach at Epic Life Coaching. Additionally, Elena has a background in HR management at Bank of America and experience in various leadership roles within the company. Elena is also known for hosting the Parenting Up | Parenting Down Podcast, which aims to support individuals caring for both children and aging parents. She holds a BS in Marketing from Clemson University and an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
