Mboone Umbima

Mboone Umbima, MSOD, currently serves as the EVP of Brand Strategy at David Rio Chai & Tea, where responsibilities include guiding the brand's overall direction and fostering innovation in the premium chai market. Umbima has held various leadership roles, including VP of Brand Strategy and Director of Brand Marketing & Philanthropy at LUMO, along with experience as an Executive Leadership Coach at Compass Group. Prior positions include Communications Consultant for Equity Group Foundation, Communications Manager, and Sector Communications Manager at Compass Group USA, where management of communications strategies for significant contracts was key.
