Petri Grönholm

Petri Grönholm's work experience includes working as a Senior SDR at Lumoa, starting in November 2022. In this role, they are responsible for analyzing customer feedback and generating insights to improve the customer experience and business results. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Development Representative at Lumoa from February 2022 to October 2022.

Petri also has experience as a Team Leader at M&J Dynastia Oy from July 2021 to January 2022, where they led a B2C sales team and was responsible for coaching, shift planning, and reporting to management. Before that, they worked as a Sales Negotiator at Generaatio Oy from February 2021 to June 2021, acquiring new customers for renewable energy and achieving top rankings in customer service and contract acquisitions.

Petri Grönholm pursued their education at various institutions and obtained several qualifications. Petri attended Tampere University of Applied Sciences from 2016 to 2020, where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on International Business. In 2018, they participated in the Erasmus+ Exchange Program at Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto. At Varala Sports Institute, from 2014 to 2015, Petri studied to become a Physical Education Assistant, specializing in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching. Petri also spent a year in 2011-2012 at Colégio Anglo Penápolis in Brazil as part of a Rotary Youth Exchange Program. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Kangasalan lukio from 2009 to 2013. Petri's educational journey began in the International School of Tampere, where they undertook their basic education from 2000 to 2009. Additionally, Petri has obtained a certification in Design Thinking: Customer Experience from LinkedIn, which they achieved in November 2022.
