Wesley Santos has a wealth of experience in the hospitality and marketing industries. Wesley began their career in 2010 as a Chef at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. In 2012, they moved to HOK-Elanto, where they worked as a Chef in various kitchens. In 2018, they joined Kämp Collection Hotels as a Chef. In 2019, they worked as a Marketing and Communications Specialist at The Shortcut. In 2020, they worked as a Marketing Specialist at Sentro Helsinki, as well as as a Product & Marketing Development / Consultant at Solina. In 2021, they were a Digital Marketing Specialist at SMAPPY Applications, and in 2022 they became a Marketing Content Manager at Lumoa.

Wesley Santos has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, where they studied International Business from 2016 to 2020. Wesley also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) from De La Salle University, where they studied Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from 2006 to 2010. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in September 2021, Content Marketing from HubSpot Academy in September 2021, SEO from HubSpot Academy in October 2021, Digital Marketing from HubSpot Academy in September 2021, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in October 2021.
