Janine Moreira

Janine Moreira has a diverse range of experience in software engineering and development. Janine is currently the Head of Software Engineering at Lumon, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Application Development Manager at L3Harris Commercial Aviation from May 2021 to June 2023. Janine also served as the Development Competency Manager at Sanlam Sky from January 2019 to April 2021. Janine has also held roles such as Software Developer at Investec from November 2017 to January 2019, Software Development Team Lead at Sanlam Sky from December 2015 to October 2017, and Senior Software Developer at Digital Solutions Group from April 2015 to November 2015. Janine's earlier experience includes positions such as Software Engineer at K2 from July 2013 to April 2015, Software Developer at Telesure Investment Holdings (TIH) from June 2012 to July 2013, Software Developer at Bridge South Africa from November 2011 to May 2012, and Software Developer at Hambisana from December 2009 to November 2011.

Janine Moreira has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Quantitative Management from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. In 2009, they completed a program in Information Systems: Internet Development at CTI Education Group, and in 2008, they also completed a program in Information Systems: Software Development at CTI Education Group. In terms of additional certifications, Janine has obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Yellow Belt from The Knowledge Academy. Janine has also completed courses in Agile Bootcamp using SCRUM Framework from IQbusiness South Africa, as well as DevOps Foundation and DevOps Leader from DevOps Institute.
