Ryley Sill

Ryley Sill is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Lumonic since March 2023, Ryley previously held the position of Engineering Manager in the Venture Capital business unit at Carta from June 2017 to July 2023, overseeing a team of 15 engineers and managing various aspects of hiring, onboarding, and technical standards. Ryley's technical leadership at Carta included developing a real-time allocations engine and co-developing a general ledger accounting system. Additionally, Ryley co-founded Pounding Gorilla Labs, a consultancy providing outsourced CTO services to early-stage startups, and worked as an Associate at Silicon Valley Bank from February 2016 to January 2017.
