Kylie Ellis (Ross)

Kylie Ellis (Ross), PhD, currently serves as the Advocacy Manager at IDEA Public Schools and also holds the position of ESL Curriculum Developer at Lumos Language School. With extensive experience in education and community outreach, Kylie has previously worked as a TOEFL Speaking Rater at ETS, Parent and Community Outreach Coordinator at Children's Home Society of Florida, and ESOL Instructor at the University of South Florida. Kylie's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Technology in Education and Second Language Acquisition from the University of South Florida, alongside a Master of Arts in MAESL from The University of Texas-Pan American and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Studies from the University of Minnesota.
