Stephanie Houghtaling

Stephanie Houghtaling is a seasoned professional in customer service management with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Service at Lumos Fiber since November 2005, Stephanie has previously held various leadership roles, including Director of Customer Care and Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager position at T-Mobile, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a call center with over 900 employees and implementing nationwide training programs, as well as a Customer Services Senior Manager role at Western Wireless managing a 120-seat call center.
