Stephen Yates

Stephen Yates has garnered extensive experience in business operations and strategy, currently serving as Director of BizOps and Strategy at Lumos from 2022 to 2025. Prior to this role, Yates contributed to Dropbox from 2014 to 2022 in various capacities, including Growth Product Manager for Web and Mobile Monetization, and roles in Business Strategy & Operations and Customer Experience & Growth Analysis. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Process Engineer at Procter & Gamble and an Energy Engineer at Green Plains Renewable Energy.
