Diane Krzysik

Diane Krzysik is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in scaling tech startups and managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as VP of Human Resources at Lumotive since June 2024, Diane previously held the title of VP, People at Atomwise from November 2020 to December 2022 and played a pivotal role in expanding Quantenna Communications from 20 to over 415 employees, contributing to the company’s IPO and acquisition by a Fortune 500 firm. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Arcwave, Inc., Carnegie Mellon, and Techtv. Diane's educational background includes an Aspiring Chief HR Officers Program from UC Berkeley Extension and a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
