Eliana Riquett Sirtori

Customer Success Manager NOLA at Lumu

Eliana Riquett Sirtori has been employed in a variety of roles since 2008. Eliana began their career at Axesat as an Ingeniero de Soporte Junior, then moved on to become an Especialista de Soporte Especializado and an Especialista de Aprovisionamiento. In 2011, they joined IFX Networks as an Ingeniero del centro de Operación de Red Senior - Platino. From 2012 to 2021, they worked at ETEK INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, where they held the roles of Client Success Manager Leader, Service Manager, and OSE Engineer. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Lumu Technologies as a Customer Success Manager NOLA.

Eliana Riquett Sirtori completed their Ingeniería Electrónica degree from Universidad del Norte between 2001 and 2007. Eliana is currently enrolled in Politécnico Grancolombiano for an Especialización Seguridad de la Información. Eliana has obtained numerous certifications, including an Oracle Certified Foundations Associate in May 2022, a Scrum Developer Professional Certificate - SDPC in August 2021, a Scrum Master Professional Certificate - SMPC in July 2021, a Scrum Product Owner Professional Certificate in July 2021, a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate in December 2020, an Auditor Interno ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, an Auditor Interno ISO/IEC 27001:2013, a Check Point Security Administration (CCSA), a Gestor de Ciberseguridad ISO/IEC 27032, a Gestor de Riesgos ISO 31000:2018, and an ITIL Foundation Version 3 from EXIN.
