Having worked his way up from a technician and software developer, to leading R&D at Lumu Technologies, Javier is well-versed in building supercharged teams of highly motivated and empowered developers. His experience includes Product Owner roles of various software solutions, leading the Research efforts at Easy Solutions and Cyxtera, and countless customer-facing engagements. Javier credits his success to his business acumen when bringing products to life, the power of collaboration and transparent communication.
