Amalie Lange

Amalie Lange currently serves as the Head of People Operations & Systems at Lunar since July 2025. Prior to this role, Amalie held various positions at Trustpilot from January 2019 to July 2025, including People Team Project Lead, Workforce Planning & HRIS Project Lead, and Head of People Data & Analytics. Amalie also served as VP of People Operations at ZeroNorth from September 2022 to February 2024. Earlier experience includes roles at Microsoft as an HR Operations Associate and HR Intern from November 2013 to September 2015. Amalie holds a Master of Science in Economy and Business Administration with a focus on Brand & Communication Management from Copenhagen Business School, completed in January 2014, as well as a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the same institution, completed in January 2012.
