Diana Jensen

Diana Jensen has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as Pre-Collection Manager at Lunar since September 2019, after having held various roles including Credit Team Lead and Back Office Specialist. Prior to this position, Diana worked at Magasin du Nord as an Online Customer Care medarbejder and gained experience in hospitality at Arthur Hotels as a Receptionist and Praktikant. Additionally, Diana contributed to the service industry as a Tjener/barista at Cofoco and provided customer and technical support at Boxer. Early career experience includes a role as a Receptionist at TopCall Telefonpasning og CallCenter. Diana holds a degree in HHX, Innovation from Niels Brock and attended Copenhagen Business Academy from 2016 to 2018.
