Mathilde Stavheim

Mathilde Stavheim has extensive experience in event production and management, currently serving as a member of the production crew at Lund Gruppen Arrangement since April 2022, participating in major events such as Landstreff Stavanger and FOMA festivalen. Ongoing roles include a position as a host at Gateway Studios AS and as a staffing coordinator for Stavernfestivalen in summer 2024. Recent experience at Walt Disney World involved serving as a trainer and cast member in the food and beverage department. Previously held roles include crew leadership at Palmesus, volunteer coordination at FoMA, and production assistance at NRK. Mathilde's education includes a Master's degree in Leadership from Kristiania University College and a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from Westerdals Oslo ACT, complemented by foundational training at Skeisvang VGS.
