Joakim Anger

Joakim Anger is a Senior Consultant at NIRAS since April 2008, providing support to public agencies on strategy development and project design with a focus on Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning. Additionally, Joakim has served as a Senior Lecturer and Facilitator at Lund University since September 2006. Previously, Joakim held the position of Head of Programme for ITP Media Development in a Democratic Framework at NIRAS International Consulting from December 2017 to October 2024, and worked as a Consultant and Managing Partner at the Institute of Public Management in Sweden from August 2003 to March 2008. Joakim holds a M.Sc. in Public Administration, Peace, and Conflict Research from Uppsala University, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
