Konrad Wilkens F-Brown

Konrad Wilkens F-Brown currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Fire and Materials (FAM) journal since March 2023 and as a Scientific Researcher at Lund University since February 2023. In addition, since January 2013, Konrad has held the roles of Project Manager and Research Scientist while pursuing a PhD in Fire Engineering under a European Union-sponsored Marie Curie fellowship, collaborating with the Danish Institute of Fire and Security Technology (DBI). Previous positions include Fire Engineering Consultant at Omnii Pty Ltd from 2011 to January 2013 and Design Engineer at Wilkens Design from 2009 to 2010. Konrad holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Fire Safety Engineering from Lund University (2013-2017), a Master's Degree in Fire Engineering from Western Sydney University (2011-2012), and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Product Design Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology (2004-2009).
