Maria Flores

Maria Flores has a strong background in leadership and management roles. Maria is currently working as a Lead Investigator at Lunds universitet, where they are focused on developing leadership skills for the future. Prior to this, Maria worked at Lund University Commissioned Education as a Team Leader Development and also had various roles including Acting Director, Deputy Manager, and Client Manager. Maria also has experience as a Project Manager at Lund University.Overall, Maria has a comprehensive work history with a focus on leadership, management, and project management roles.

Maria Flores has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Linguistics from Lund University. Maria also attended IHM Business School in 2011 to study Business Management and completed a course in Project Management at Malmö University in 2009. Additionally, they completed a course on Logical Framework and Results Based Management at Sida in 2010 and participated in the UGL leadership program in 2015. In 2017, they completed courses on "Ny som ledare" and "Ekonomispelet" at Lund University.
