Allan Normann

Allan Normann is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Head of Corporate Legal, Life Science & Business Development at Lundbeck since September 2006. In this role, Allan leads a multi-cultural team of over ten legal specialists at the headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, while also overseeing a legal team in Cracow, Poland. Previous positions at Lundbeck include Senior Director roles within Corporate Legal for R&D and Market Compliance, focusing on managing legal teams across various regions. Prior to Lundbeck, Allan worked as an Attorney-at-Law at DreistStorgaard and Mazanti Andersen, Korsø-Jensen & Partnere, providing legal expertise to small and medium-sized businesses, as well as larger corporations. Allan began a legal career at the European Commission in Brussels. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Law from Aarhus University and a secondary school diploma from Fr-Havn Gymnasium.
