Patrycja Grojca is currently the Team Manager of H2R Systems and Operations, having previously served as an HR Generalist and Mobility Specialist at Lundbeck. Patrycja began their career as a Leasing Specialist at Inwestor before advancing to roles in human resources at Lundbeck, where they held positions from HR Intern to Junior HR Specialist. Patrycja earned a Master’s degree in Internal Security from Akademia Pedagogiczna im. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej w Krakowie and a Bachelor’s degree in Security Logistics from Krakowska Akademia im. Andrzeja Frycza-Modrzewskiego.
