Thomas Morten Pedersen

Thomas Morten Pedersen currently serves as Vice President of CMC Development QA & Clinical Supply at Lundbeck, overseeing quality for all development programs in CMC and managing IRT systems and IMP delivery for clinical trials. Previously, Thomas held the position of Vice President CMC Development QA at Demant, where responsibility included global supplier quality management across multiple production sites. Thomas's extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries includes roles such as Director R&D at Radiometer, Associate Director at Biogen, and Sr. Manager at Novo Nordisk, with a focus on quality assurance, product ownership, and compliance with industry regulations. Thomas's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DTU, along with specialized training in Lean and Supply Chain Management from prestigious institutions including MIT.
