Dale C. Peniuk

Mr. Peniuk is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). He serves as a director of four other public companies, Argonaut Gold, Capstone Mining, Kuya Silver, and MAG Silver, and has been on the board and chair of the audit committee of numerous other Canadian public mining companies since 2006. Mr. Peniuk spent more than 20 years with KPMG LLP, Chartered Accountants, and predecessor firms, including being an assurance partner from 1996 to 2006 and the leader of KPMG’s British Columbia mining practice. He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in 1982 and his designation as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia (now referred to as the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia, or CPABC) in 1986. Mr. Peniuk has been a member of CPABC's Public Company Forum since 2000 and continues to be the Chair of that committee. Mr. Peniuk is the designated financial expert on the Audit Committee.
