Elo Kuutan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the mining and resource sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Lundin Mining Corporation since 2017, Elo Kuutan previously held the role of Manager of Human Resources at Detour Gold Corporation from 2012 to 2017. Elo's expertise includes a brief contract position as Director of Human Resources at De Beers Canada Inc. in 2012, and a progressive career at Breakwater Resources Ltd. spanning from 2003 to 2012, where roles included Sr. Manager and Manager of Human Resources.
