Frida Mattelin

Frida Mattelin currently serves as the Chef för utvecklingsenheten at Lunds kommun, a role held since February 2016, focusing on verksamhetsstyrning and project management. Responsibilities include overseeing budget processes, internal control, and the development of strategic documents. Frida has also held positions as Tf Utvecklingschef and Utvecklingsstrateg, managing the kommun’s leadership processes and overarching strategies. Prior experiences include serving as a projektledare for Familjen Helsingborg, working on various HR-focused projects, and serving as an utredare in Helsingborgs stad's strategic planning.
