Helena Aghed

Helena Aghed has extensive experience in human resources and strategic competence supply, with current employment as an HR-strateg at Lunds kommun since March 2020. Previously, Helena held the position of Processledare for the Bred kompetens i Skåne project at Länsstyrelsen Skåne from December 2018 to February 2020, focusing on competence supply and broadened recruitment among multiple public employers. Prior to that, between October 2016 and December 2018, Helena worked as an HR-konsult at Malmö stad, concentrating on strategic competence supply primarily within the primary school system. Helena’s career at Lunds kommun began in January 2005, where roles included Utvecklingsstrateg and Enhetschef for HR-utveckling, emphasizing recruitment and employer branding. Helena holds a Fil.mag degree in Human Resource Management from Lund University, obtained in 2004.
